It will sound Cliché, but since I work at OrangeTheory Fitness my personal health and fitness as improve a lot. Seriously, it makes me go out of my comfort zone and just be a better person.
First of all, OrangeTheory Fitness is an amazing studio with an amazing one hour group workout that you work the entire body, half cardio, and half muscles. It’s an interval workout base on your heart rates, so it’s personalized to you and of course, a coach give the class to make sure you do the right things and to give you instructions. I honestly love it.
I am someone who hates gyms. I hate the fact that everybody tried to compete with each other and judge everyone because they don’t necessarily look fit or anything like that. But, OrangeTheory Fitness as nothing to do with that, you work at your own rhythm and pace and nobody gonna judge that. Everyone competes with themselves and try to be better than their last workout. How amazing it that!!?!
Since I work there, for a month/month and a half I did go workout 5 times and I see a lot of improvement when I was hiking. Seriously, I had more cardio, more legs and felt like it was easy (Not that it was easy but easier than every other time I went).
My boss,(the Coach in Chef)told me to lose weight ( I want to lose a bit of weight, especially my little stomach, I don’t do it for appearance, but just to feel better and for my health) that you need to go workout 3 times a week. This week I’ve been there twice and next week I’ll be there 3 times (Hopefully). Of course, what you eat have an impact on your weight, but working out too. I want to make a post at the end of July/beginning of August showing you my result after 3-4 completesweeks of workout by going 3 times a week if it’s possible or at least twice a week. I also want to show you my fitness improvement and stuff like that. I don’t exactly know how I am gonna do that, but I am going for a hike this weekend, so I will time myself on my fitbit and screenshot the result, and going back at the same trail at the end of the month to show you my improvement.
This workout is great for everybody, from someone who wants to get in shape to somebody who does triathlons Seriously, since is base on your heart rates, anybody can do this workout and see results in their daily life. You will never reach any workout “tray” because you are always improving due to the interval.
